- Bolts are severely rusted, much time spent extracting rusted / seized hardware to access fuel tank. Fuel lines at top of tank appear okay at this time. We did not have to replace lines above tank. Replace fuel tank lock ring, re install tank and replace straps to secure fuel tank. Note: Fuel line from mid frame to engine is heavily rusted and may be the next fuel line to fail. Replacing fuel lines can get expensive as other lines may fail during or after repair. Note: Engine oil leak present, oil level is low.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee

No leaks present at this time. Check front end suspension while vehicle is raised. Front end is tight. Front and rear brakes appear newer. Radiator hoses are original.
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Both upper and lower radiator hose and replace hose clamps as needed.
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – V6 Refill cooling system with new antifreeze and purge air from system.
- Engine drive shaft has the slightest amount of grease on it. Not a concern at this time.

Upon removal of timing cover, technician found broken guide which would have definitely caused engine damage. Removed broken pieces of guide from engine. Installed new timing chain, guides, timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket. Cleaned throttle body and relearned idle. Air snorkel previously installed and damaged air bellows, heat and expand back to proper dimensions.
