Cut 2 access panels into bottom of truck to get to cage nuts. Heat & Extract body bolts. Customer Supplied hardware is wrong. Clean and Re-use all original hardware. Weld access panels back closed. Customer said to move on to Driver side.
- Some Cab bolts came out, some did not. Extract one broken off cab bolt. Cut window to heat one cage nut. Weld Washer on top of on e Original Frame Bracket . Weld on completely new frame bracket.
- lower spare tire, cut out old rear shock tube. removed rear shocks, cut spare tire hoist bracket off old tube. weld onto the new tube. welded new tube into truck. reinstalled shocks, welded exhaust hanger back on, installed muffler clamp on the driver side running board. performed 4 wheel alignment. rotated front tires side to side. reinstalled the spare tire.

2004 Dodge Stratus

- Check knocking noise when making sharp turns
- Inspection shows hardware that tightens inner tie rod secure to outer tie rod end was left loose from recent repair also found with a build up of rust. Heat seized nuts to free up and tighten as needed. Second issue shows a previous repair leaving lower control arm rearward bushings very loose allowing water intrusion and as a result; developed a build-up of rust. We can not heat torch this area. Technician cleaned rust buildup as best as possible.

- NOTE BOTH FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS ARE NOISY. BEARINGS ARE TIGHT THO. NEXT STEP WOULD BE TO REPLACE BOTH FRONT BEARINGS TO MAKE THE FRONT END QUIETER.
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – V6, 3.0L Eng, Coupe – [Includes: Test.]
- STABILIZER LINK OR BUSHING – Remove & Replace – Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Inspect riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Pricing will vary for major adjustments needed. Center steering wheel.

Sway bar links are tight. Tie rods inner and outer- tight. Sway bar bushings are good. Tire tread is good on all tires. Test drove vehicle with customer- noise is coming from driver front strut. Recommend as a pair and align vehicle.
- Replace driver front strut with new OEM strut and mount. Swap over original spring. Both front bearings are internally noisy, replaced both front bearings while disassembled.

- CLEAN AND ADJUST REAR BRAKES. REMOVE DRUMS, GRIND OFF RUST LIP AND CLEAN FLANGE, INSPECT BRAKE SHOES AND HARDWARE. CHECK WHEEL CYLINDERS
