Install Scanner & Smoke Machine. Command System to Seal. Induce Smoke into System to Check for Leaks. Inspect and found purge valve stuck open. Recommend replacement of purge valve as 1st step.
Remove and replace purge valve and re-evaluate concern. Test drove vehicle after repair. Check engine light did not return.

replaced Customer Supplied Passenger side body bushings. Weld Washer onto framce mount. Cut 2 access panels into bottom of truck to get to cage nuts. Heat & Extract body bolts. Customer Supplied hardware is wrong. Clean and Re-use all original hardware. Weld access panels back closed. Customer said to move on to Driver side.
Some Cab bolts came out, some did not. Extract one broken off cab bolt. Cut window to heat one cage nut. Weld Washer on top of on e Original Frame Bracket . Weld on completely new frame bracket.
lower spare tire, cut out old rear shock tube. removed rear shocks, cut spare tire hoist bracket off old tube. weld onto the new tube. welded new tube into truck. reinstalled shocks, welded exhaust hanger back on, installed muffler clamp on the driver side running board. performed 4 wheel alignment. rotated front tires side to side. reinstalled the spare tire.

REMOVE AND REPLACE PADS, CLEAN AND LUBRICATE CALIPER SLIDES, PINS, BUSHINGS AND CALIPER BRACKETS. REPLACE BRAKE ROTORS. TORQUE LUG NUTS ROAD TEST
Rear brakes are metal to metal. Recommend also replacing rear brake calipers and bleed brakes. Vehicle may have additional issue due to no brake assist but this is the first step.
REAR BRAKE JOB DISC REMOVE CALIPERS / RETRACT PISTONS, INSTALL NEW PADS, AND ROTORS CLEAN + LUBE CALIPER SLIDES, PINS, BUSHINGS. REASSEMBLE TORQUE LUG NUTS
Access vacuum pump 's inlet port to verify vacuum- no presence of vacuum. Vehicle needs a new vacuum pump. Once vacuum pump is removed we can inspect camshaft to be sure the failed pump has not damaged the camshaft at rear of cylinder head. Inspection shows vacuum pump has seized and released debris. Will need to remove valve cover to gain access and remove all broken pieces. Recommend replacing spark plugs minimally while accessible and valve cover gaskets.
VACUUM BRAKE BOOSTER PUMP – Remove & Replace – 1.5L Eng
Clean broke debris release from seized brake booster pump. Replace all spark plugs and re- install original ignition coils. Replace valve cover gasket while accessible and test drive vehicle after repairs. At second cycle did the check engine light set.
Tech found hair fused between elements which caused interference with readings. Cleaned mass air flow sensor and re installed. Test drove vehicle. After 2 cycles check engine light did not return. Vehicle needs fuel.
