    • Customer supplied starter (19822) from Auto Zone. Verified part number is start /stop function -hopefully boxed correctly. STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Mfr Body CD MP,4WD – [Includes: Remove and re install Transfer Case Assembly to gain access.]
    • Vehicle does not start each time. Did not run vehicle long to major coolant from coolant reservoir hose. Replaced coolant hose and refill system with new coolant. Continue diagnosis after coolant repair. Trace starting circuits to corroded wiring at starter solenoid. Repaired wiring as needed and re-evaluate. Ran vehicle, shut off and restart (repeat a few times). Vehicle is starting. We recommend leaving vehicle to verify starting issue is no longer present after electrical repair, however, customer needs vehicle back. Over 5 hours spent. If starting issue returns, we will need to further diagnose issue. Note: Front tires are bald- no tread remaining. Recommend replacing front tires.

    • It is recommended to replace both front tires and 1 tire pressure sensor. Place newer tires in rear and place spare back in holder. Customer declined repair. Vehicle is not safe to drive in this condition. Estimate
    • Suspension is tight Front brakes have 80% remaining Rear brakes have 90% remaining- Brakes are good 215/65/17-Recommend 2 new front tires and rotate to rear. Vehicle also needs 1 tpms sensor. Estimate $519.65

    • pressure- ok. Scanned for codes and found P0404. EGR position performance. Ran vehicle and tapped on EGR valve and found valve to be stuck open. Vehicle needs EGR valve. Remove and replace EGR valve.

    • Install Scanner & Smoke Machine. Command System to Seal. Induce Smoke into System to Check for Leaks.
    • TAIL PIPE – Remove & Replace
    • Driver upper control arm has minimal play
    • Transfer case yolk seal is leaking fluid
    • Airbag light is on
